What does a typical daily schedule look like for a participant in your after-school or youth leadership programs?
Our daily schedules are intentionally designed to provide a healthy and productive balance of academic support, physical activity, creative exploration, and social interaction. A typical afternoon for a youth participant begins with a dedicated “power hour” for homework assistance and personalized tutoring, where they can get help with their school assignments in a quiet, focused, and supportive environment. This is followed by a healthy snack and a period of structured physical activity, which might include organized sports, yoga, or outdoor play in our green spaces. The remainder of the afternoon is dedicated to various enrichment activities, such as robotics, digital arts, music production, or community service planning. We also incorporate dedicated time for group reflection and social-emotional learning activities, allowing participants to build strong relationships, practice conflict resolution, and develop their leadership skills. Our schedules are flexible enough to accommodate the unique interests and academic needs of each individual participant.
